How this community website handles information you choose to share.
Last updated: September 12, 2026. This policy describes the new Ahlul-Beyt Mosque community website and its donation, event, and messaging tools.
Information you share
Contact requests include your name, email, subject, and message. Event reservations include your name and email. Newsletter subscriptions include your chosen contact details, interests, channel preferences, and records of your consent. Donation records include your name, email, amount, selected purpose, payment status, and Stripe identifiers.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage gatherings, record contributions, and send updates you have requested. A donation, contact request, or event reservation does not subscribe you to marketing. Email and SMS consent are managed separately.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. This website does not receive or store your full card details. Supabase stores application records and authenticates administrators. Resend delivers email, Telnyx delivers SMS, and Vercel hosts the website. These providers receive the information necessary to perform their respective services when connected.
Email and text preferences
Email subscriptions require confirmation. SMS subscriptions require an explicit opt-in and a YES reply to confirm your number. Unsubscribe using an email’s unsubscribe link or reply STOP to a text. Reply HELP for SMS support. Text frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and operational information
Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. We use a hashed network identifier for temporary request limits to reduce abuse. Hosting and delivery providers may retain operational logs, including request or delivery information. This application does not include advertising trackers.
Access and retention
Access is limited to authorized administrators. Donation, consent, and operational records are retained for the mosque’s administration and recordkeeping needs. Unsubscribed records may be retained to honor opt-out preferences. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; some financial and consent records may need to be retained.
